Keith Toal, founder and leader of Paradigm Seals™, brings more than 50 years of experience in the sealing industry. His career began at John Crane, where he advanced from design draftsman to leadership roles across design, customer service, quality control, sales, service, and training. Over 24 years, Keith gained a comprehensive understanding of every aspect of sealing technology and business operations.
In 2000, he founded Gold Seals, Inc., building a reputation for quality and customer-focused solutions before continuing his career at A.W. Chesterton Company. Through each chapter of his journey, Keith has upheld one guiding principle: a business only succeeds when it puts its customers first.
That philosophy lives at the heart of Paradigm Seals™. Under Keith’s leadership, the company has introduced the Paradigm i-Seal—a cost-effective, high-quality cartridge seal engineered for easy installation, reduced downtime, and ready availability online. His legacy of innovation and customer commitment continues to shape Paradigm Seals into a trusted partner for industries worldwide.
